Biography

Since graduating at the top of his law school class, clerking for a judge in the state capitol, volunteering to work as a staff attorney for a non-profit agency, and starting his own law practice, Attorney Tuck has helped over a thousand injured people and their families recover compensation for injury and death caused by: auto accidents; truck accidents; medical malpractice; nursing home negligence; correctional facility negligence; defective and dangerous drugs and other products; dangerous premises; faulty construction; unfairly denied insurance claims; consumer fraud; predatory business practices, etc.
